The Talent Program

The Talent Program by The Qibla Partners is a unique, immersive experience designed to empower professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers seeking to grow within the fast-evolving economic landscapes of the Arabian Gulf.

This is not a one-week event. It is a three-week mobility journey, rotating every month across three strategic destinations:

• Saudi Arabia

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Qatar

Each week is dedicated to one country, offering hands-on experience, direct market immersion, high-level connections, and access to strategic insights tailored to the local ecosystem.

Participants can choose among three options:

• FLEX: Join 1 destination only (1 week)

• COMBO: Join 2 destinations (2 weeks)

• PREMIUM: Join the full 3-week journey across all countries

• Accelerate international careers by exposing talents to the region’s most promising sectors

• Enable strategic connections with business leaders, institutions, accelerators, and public agencies

Week 1 – Saudi Arabia (e.g. Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM)

• Business environment overview and investment laws

• Meetings with VCs, incubators, and corporate innovation labs

• Exploration of Vision 2030 opportunities (Energy, Tourism, Smart Cities)

• Networking with local entrepreneurs and female-led initiatives

• Institutional briefings (Ministries, GEA, SAGIA)

Week 2 – United Arab Emirates (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

• Workshops on launching and scaling in the UAE

• Visits to free zones (e.g. Dubai Internet City, Masdar)

• Access to startup ecosystems, family offices, and accelerators

• High-level panels on digital economy, logistics, sustainability

• Cultural immersion and sector-specific site visits

Week 3 – Qatar (Doha & Lusail)

• Focus on sports economy, culture & finance

• Meetings with local entities (QDB, Qatar Foundation, QSTP)

• Expo tours and participation in key national events

• Roundtables on innovation, impact investing, and circular economy
