Who is the Qibla Talent Program for?

The program is designed for high-potential individuals looking to connect with the Gulf region’s dynamic economies. We welcome professionals in transition, young graduates, entrepreneurs, consultants, and experts from diverse sectors who are eager to grow their network, test ideas, or seek new opportunities in the region.

Do I need to have a startup or business idea?

No. While we do welcome entrepreneurs and project leaders, we also invite ambitious professionals who are looking for inspiration, industry insights, or new strategic directions in their careers.

Do I need to speak Arabic to participate?

No. The main language of the program is English. While knowledge of Arabic (or French) can be an advantage, it is not a requirement.

Is this a job placement program?

Not directly. The Qibla Talent Program offers strategic exposure and professional networking. Participants can engage with recruiters, companies, and investors, which may lead to employment or collaboration opportunities — but job placement is not guaranteed.

What cities will we visit?

Each edition varies slightly, but typically includes visits to 2 or more of the following cities: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Doha. The itinerary is designed to maximize your exposure to key sectors and networks.

What does the participation fee include?

The fee includes access to all program sessions (panels, coaching, mentoring, networking events, site visits), local transportation during the program, and some meals. It does not include international airfare or visa fees.

How are participants selected?

We follow a three-step process:

Online application submission
Virtual pre-interview
Final review by our strategic committee based on motivation, potential, and alignment with the Gulf context

Can I apply even if I’m already working full-time?

Yes. The program is ideal for professionals who are either considering a transition or seeking international exposure. The one-week format is designed to accommodate active professionals.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete the full program receive a Certificate of Participation and become part of the Qibla Alumni Network.

Can I attend virtually?

Currently, the Qibla Talent Program is an in-person experience. Future hybrid or virtual modules may be developed based on demand.

Is the program fully in English?

Yes. Support is available for non-native speakers.

Can I attend only one week ?

Yes. You can choose the Flex (1 week) or Combo (2 weeks) option. The full Premium format remains the most complete experience.
