Halim Belilita – Founder & CEO
Halim Belilita is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Qibla Partners. A graduate of Université Paris Dauphine and NEOMA Business School, Halim brings over 20 years of experience in consulting, management, and finance, having worked with leading international firms across Europe and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, he has advised major public and private sector organizations, led complex strategic initiatives, and supported entrepreneurs through transformation and growth challenges. His deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, especially the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, has been instrumental in shaping The Qibla Partners’ vision and impact.
Halim’s leadership is rooted in a firm belief: that bridging global talent with regional opportunities is the key to accelerating innovation and inclusive economic development across the Gulf.
